Atinuke Apartment is strictly for accommodation purposes only.
Atinuke Apartment is a non-smoking accommodation.
The Accommodation is not for parties and any other related functions.
The apartment should be kept clean all the time.
Report any faults to the management immediately.
Guests are responsible for the safe keeping of all their properties at all times.
Guest shall be responsible for any damages during their stay and all appliances shall be use
responsibly.
Pets are generally not allowed.
Customer shall be responsible to take all necessary safety precautions for themselves and
their guest.
Under no circumstance shall Atinuke Apartments management be liable to any indirect,
consequential, exemplary incidental or punitive loss or damages arising from direct or indirect
used of the apartments,
Atinuke Apartments will only refund 50% (Fifty percent) in the event of cancellation by the
guest after payment.
Atinuke Apartments accept no liability for accidents causing death, sickness or bodily harm
However.
Atinuke Apartments deny any liability or claims in the events incidents occurring whilst
occupants or guests are under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs.
Atinuke Apartments will not be liable for any delay, loss, damages or expenses incurred if your
booking needs to be altered or cancelled and we are unable to perform our contractual
obligations as a result of events beyond our reasonable control which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labour dispute, natural or man-made disasters such as fire, flood and adverse weather conditions.
Open fires, Candles, Shisha pipes and Arabic oud are strictly forbidden in the apartments.
